Prior to co-founding the Company, he co-founded India Life, a payroll and pension services company in 1996 that was acquired by Hewitt associates in 2002. Consequently, he was chief executive officer of Hewitt Outsourcing (Asia) based in Singapore. Manish also serves on various state and central government committees on education, employment and employability and is a columnist for Indian Express. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and Mayo ‎College, Ajmer.

Rituparna Chakraborty is an accomplished business leader with multi-faceted experience, passion for excellence, and a proven ability to drive growth at scale. She has business experience of 21 years and as Co-Founder and EVP of TeamLease, she has been instrumental in making TeamLease India’s largest people supply chain company. She leads TeamLease’s staffing business. She also spearheads India’s first PPP Apprenticeship Programme—National Employability through Apprenticeship Programme (NETAP), which is a transformative initiative to solve India’s employability problem. She is the only person from Asia to be included in the Global Power 100 and International 50 Woman in Staffing and is the winner of the Telstra Business Woman in Asia Award. She also won the Femina Super Achievers Award 2018. She was conferred distinguished alumnus award at 10th Indian Management Conclave, 2019.

Rituparna believes customer-centricity, capability building and doing well by doing good are the top three factors responsible for the scale and sustainability of TeamLease. She is recognized by the industry as a voice for formal job creation in India. As the founding trustee and the current president of the Indian Staffing Federation - she is today tirelessly driving labor reform agenda in collaboration with industry, academia and the policymakers. She extensively dialogues with media, analysts, academia and industry platforms on various issues of labor, women, and industry. She has represented the Employers of India at International Labour Organization(ILO) twice on issues of Ethical Recruitment Practices and Labour Welfare.

Rituparna is an Economics graduate from Banaras Hindu University with an MBA from Goa Institute of Management, India. She is an eternal people optimist and a salesperson at heart who enjoys interacting with people and building lasting relationships. She is driven by TeamLease’s vision of ‘Putting India to Work’ and providing the youth of the country a job of dignity is at the heart of what she aspires for. She always says, “Not sure whether we can solve all of India’s job problems, but we shall die trying.”

Rishi is co-founder and CEO at Avantis RegTech, A TeamLease Company. Rishi is a passionate technology entrepreneur who believes in the potential of technology to transformhuman lives. Over the past few years, Rishi has been working on developing a regulatory technology platform to automate and simplify India's complex compliance environment. He has worked with over 1,000 organisations (Enterprises & MSMEs) across 40 Industries in India helping them through their compliance management journey. He deeply understands the complexity of managing compliances across central, state and local governments. He has been partnering with corporate India, industry bodies and think-tanks to enable Compliance 3.0. He created the four vector framework of rationalisation, simplification, digitisation and decriminalisation. Rishi served as an advisor to the WGOM (Working Group of Ministers), work closely with several ministries, DPIIT, Invest India and World Bank on various ease of doing business initiatives. He is also a member of CII Taskforce for Ease of Doing Business. Rishi frequently writes in ORF (Observer Research Foundation), Financial Express, India Today, Mint among others.

In his last role, Rishi was a Director at Bank of New York Mellon responsible for growing and managing their Technology center based in Pune, India. Before his off-shore role, Rishi spent 5 years based in NY / NJ, USA as a technology leader with BNY Mellon, leading large global technology transformation programs.

Rishi is an avid traveller, amateur photographer and hobbyist tabla player. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Varanasi and a post graduate diploma in management from IIM Calcutta.

A proven business leader with 30+ years of rich and diverse experience in the Corporate sector, with government bodies and educational institutions pan India, Neeti brings with her a unique, holistic understanding of all stakeholders that contribute to India’s workforce and has the ability to marry them to achieve positive outcomes for our country’s growing economy. She has handled various disciplines and business functions at strategic positions with a proven track record of continuous growth in a highly competitive market. Across her career, Neeti has contributed to various domains including Human Resources, Customer Relationship, Channel Management, Operations, International Business Development and Outsourcing including Employment & Employability.

Neeti is passionate about skill development as she believes that by giving the right skills to people, providing them with the right guidance, making them employable and getting them to the right first job – it changes their life forever. She pioneered PPP Employment Exchanges in India and was instrumental in starting India’s 1st Vocational Skills University – TeamLease Skills University. She sets and evolves strategic directions for Continuous Learning and Employability with key focus on providing Vocational Skills to the youth of our country and making them employable.

As Member Secretary of the Skills Task Force under the Karnataka Knowledge Commission, Government of Karnataka and as Board member of various Education institutes, Neeti has been in distinctive positions to be actively been involved in various state government initiatives to increase the employability and employment of tribal, rural and urban youth in various states across India. She is also a member of the Skills Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Her primary focus is to set up self-sustaining Upskilling & Reskilling Employability and Employment models across Industries, Foundations and Government.

Seasoned people manager with an acute ability of aligning and rallying a cross section of teams towards meeting objectives and success. She is the Co-founder & President of TeamLease Edtech, a TeamLease Group Company. Recently, she was featured among the top 100 women leaders globally in Tech space by HononLQ (one of the most respected Education research firms Globally).

A serial entrepreneur, Shantanu has earlier co-promoted Paradyne Infotech which had a hugely successful IPO in 2005 and Broadllyne, an Education SAAS company, which got acquired in 2009. Shantanu is an All-India CBSE Topper, a Gold Medalist from Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi, a Master in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and has completed his Executive Management Program in Global Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Shantanu is a passionate education entrepreneur, columnist, investor and speaker. Shantanu has written several opinion articles in many reputed international magazines and newspapers and has spoken extensively about his vision of the Future of Education – University 4.0 in multiple forums. He is the Founder & CEO of TeamLease Edtech, A TeamLease Group Company.

Kaushik Banerjee, Vice President & Business Head - Teamlease e-Hire (freshersworld.com & teamlease.com), is a seasoned Business Leader with close to 2 decades of cumulative experience, of which, 14 years has been in spearheading sales efforts, harnessing multi-tiered teams & different sales systems viz. Direct Sales (Field sales/Inside Sales), Channel Sales, AD sales and E-commerce. The most Significant experience has been in Internet & Digital Media.

Prior to TL Kaushik, has worked with companies like Info edge India, Times internet, Quikr. He loves playing cricket, in fact a league player, and other sports too and enjoys spending time with his daughter.

He has a MSc & BSc biotechnology degree from Bangalore University & PGDM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans.

He has done his Master's from the University of Pune and Graduated from the University of Lucknow. A large part of his career had been with the Telecom industry working for Reliance, Airtel, and Idea Cellular. He has also worked for ICICI Bank along with Mahindra and Smollan Unilever before Joining TeamLease. He takes care of Compliance and Payroll Outsourcing Business Pan India for TeamLease.

Deval heads the hiring business at Teamlease and rejoined the firm in 2018. She brings with her over 12+ years of management experience. She has worked across multiple operational functions in organizations across US, Europe and India. An entrepreneur at heart, she loves to find innovative approaches to improve processes and productivity to facilitate growth.

In her last role, she was program manager for Digital Futures program at Hult-Ashridge International Business School, and a network member at Emergent Frontiers Group. She has facilitated executive education programs on digital disruption at Harvard University, Swiss Railways, and at the Ferrari headquarters in Italy. In other work, she led a China expansion strategy project for a large US multi-channel consumer retail company (Williams-Sonoma), and a growth strategy project for AirBnB. Prior to that, she was working at Teamlease,and was managing the West India region.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pune, and earned her Master in International Marketing with distinction from Hult School of Business in San Francisco. Outside of work, she spends her time with her seven-year old, super-energetic daughter, loves to read and travel to new places.

Bala has been with TeamLease for nearly two years and heads the Clients team at Teamlease. He brings over 10 years of management experience working with leading organizations including Nokia, GEP and Ola. He has also co-founded a start-up ZuperMeal.

In his role at TeamLease, Bala is responsible for managing revenue from our 1,600+ unique clients, supported by a 2-layered team comprising zonal heads and key account managers. Bala plays a critical role in developing and nurturing CXO connects across our client base as well as other large organizations pan-India across various industries. In his last role, he was part of the leadership team of Ola Corporate, the B2B distribution arm with focus on Travel Policy Compliance, Cost Optimisation and Employee Convenience.

He holds an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree from PSG College of Technology and earned his Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bengaluru

Amit Vadera is an accomplished business leader and a result oriented professional with extensive experience in spearheading sales, account management and business operations in the HR Services Industry. Amit has business experience of over 16 years and as part of the staffing leadership team, is driving TeamLease’s corporate vision of ‘Putting India to Work’.

Amit started his professional journey with Infomedia India Limited (Ex-Tata Infomedia) as Management Trainee in the year 2005 and joined TeamLease Services in 2007 & has handled various portfolios. In his current role, Amit heads the BFSI and Consumer verticals at TeamLease.

Amit holds a MBA degree from Gujarat University and has been part of various Leadership Development Programs like “Enhancing Sales force Performance” at IIM – Ahmedabad; “Leadership Lessons from Military for High Potential Managers” from IIM – Bangalore etc. In his free time, he enjoys running, adventure sports and listening to Ghazals.

Sudeep Sen is an accomplished business leader and a result oriented professional with extensive experience in spearheading sales, account management and business operations in the HR Services Industry. Sudeep has business experience of over 18 years and as part of the staffing leadership team, is driving TeamLease’s corporate vision of ‘Putting India to Work’.

Sudeep started his professional journey with HSBC as a HR and MIS Executive in 2002 before joining Adecco in 2004, where he spent nearly six year as a Practice Leader. Sudeep joined TeamLease in 2010 and over the last decade has led several portfolios. He currently heads the Industrial, Manufacturing and Engineering (IME) vertical at TeamLease.

Sudeep holds a MBA degree from Alliance University and has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from National First Grade College, Bengaluru.

Ajoy Thomas is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Stakeholder Management, People Management and HR Business Partnering. Ajoy is recognised as a strategic and change management specialist with proven abilities to design, build and implement talent acquisition strategies to achieve corporate objectives. As part of the staffing leadership team, Ajoy is helping drive TeamLease’s corporate vision of ‘Putting India to Work’.

Ajoy started his professional journey with Randstad as a recruiter and moved up the ladder to build and manage a 6-crore annual business. After more than seven years at Randstad, Ajoy moved to ManpowerGroup and worked with Flipkart and Swiggy before joining TeamLease in 2020. He currently heads the Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics & Transportation (RELT) vertical at TeamLease.

Ajoy holds a MBA degree from Jiwaji University.
